Please note that shipping charges are calculated based on your merchandise order total before any applicable sales taxes are applied.  Complimentary Standard Shipping* is available within the 48 contiguous U.S. states only and excludes Alaska and Hawaii.
 
Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. We reserve the right to change or cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer.  Each order placed can only be shipped to one address at a time. Items in an order cannot be sent to separate shipping addresses.

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in New York. Orders will be shipped via UPS Monday - Friday, except on major holidays and the summer season. Orders placed before 12 noon EST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon EST will be processed the following day. Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be processed on the next business day.
 
Gibson & Dehn will only ship to residential or business addresses. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND U.S. TERRITORIES

Gibson & Dehn products can only be shipped to the 50 U.S. states at this time.
Due to the nature of our products, we try to limit the shipping time spent in warmer climates. Gibson & Dehn reserves the right to delay shipping without notice.
 

RETURN POLICY

Please inspect your order carefully when you receive it. All of our products are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to ensure you receive the best possible product.

In the event of damage during shipping, please contact our us within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase.  Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We will replace broken items when possible or offer a replacement on items damaged during shipping. Returns, refunds or replacement products for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping cannot be accepted.
